We have many clients who are happy with our service and it’s always great to receive the positive reviews we get. We also understand that the internet isn’t without fault, and testimonials can be quite misleading – which we don’t want to do.
We have many clients who are happy with our service and it’s always great to receive the positive reviews we get. We also understand that the internet isn’t without fault, and testimonials can be quite misleading – which we don’t want to do.
The Health Practitioner Regulation National Law 2009 and Psychology Board guidelines set out ‘What is unacceptable advertising?’, that “advertising of services must not … use testimonials or purported testimonials …”. As such, we’re unable to show any reviews on our website from our customers.
If you are seeking a review of our service, you can conduct your own internet search. The problem here is that unfortunately there are people out there who are posting reviews with malicious intent. This could be because they are competitors, or have some type of ulterior motive. Our hope is that you can look beyond the negative comments that are available online and instead focus on all the positive experiences our clients have.
Perhaps the best course of action is to talk directly with patients who have had a similar procedure to yours – and we have many patients on our books who are more than happy to discuss their situation with others. If this is your preference, please get in touch and let us know, so we can put you in touch with someone you can talk to.
If you prefer to search for unbiased references, you can do so easily online — just please be aware that negative reviews are not always as they seem. If you have any concerns at all, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly team to discuss. We’re completely honest and we’re more than happy to discuss our reviews, services, pricing, and much more, with you.
Disclaimer: Prior to considering any cosmetic surgery procedure, it is advised that you learn about the procedure from your cosmetic practitioner. When you visit the clinic, Dr Adam Najem will explain the procedure to you including the risks involved and the realistic results that could be obtained from the procedure.
